This plan is perfect for an owner who wants complete peace of mind with their income property. Everything from the Advanced Plan is included plus an annual inspection with video at no cost, bill pay service at no cost, and our Risk-Free Eviction Coverage." should be changed to "eviction or cash for keys administration, court fees, off cycle payments and the annual technology fee.
